Kollywood’s hottest, cutest and sweetest couple Surya and Jyothika, on and off screen will grace the screens again but this time on small screens. After marriage Jyothika refrained from the screens. She made her presence felt occasionally by accompanying her hubby to award functions and other events.

After marriage they had their come back through a short ad film for a social cause. But now they are back with another commercial. It is known to all that Surya is already the ambassador for Aircel and the company had requested him to bring-in his wife too.

Surya put the decision on Jo and he told the company to ask his wife directly. Jo has agreed for the ad. Aircel, the popular mobile service provider, has roped in both of the actors for its endorsement. The print ad with the couple is already out. The ad banners had been put up in various places.

Lingusamy’s current project ‘Paiya’ with Karthi is completed and it is the story of a young man and woman who are on a journey from Bangalore to Mumbai in a car. The film is almost entirely shot in a car. Karthi plays the role of a software Engineer who didn’t have a job.

Linguamy arranged a special screening of the rush-shots of ‘Paiya’ for Surya. After seeing those scenes Surya got impressed and praised the director for his work. He also gave his credit that the film was too good than the blockbuster ‘Run’.

Insiders said that Surya asked Lingusamy that if he can give him a fresh story like ‘Paiya’. The director too narrated the outline of a script for half-an-hour on the spot and Surya got impressed with it and asked him to meet him after preparing the entire script. And so, now Surya decided to work in Lingusamy’s project.

Diwali Blockbuster releases!

Diwali fever finally starts spreading around the towns. Everyone can get ready for the deals of buying new clothes and crackers and food items for their festival. It is now the film mania that is waving around the towns and adding fuels to it the films Aadhvan, Vettaikaran, Kutty and Peranmai are releasing this Diwali.

Surya’s ‘Aadhavan’ will be the big release on this Diwali. He is pairing with Nayanthara in this film and the film is directed by KS Ravikumar. The other competitor for ‘Aadhavan’ is Vijay’s ‘Vettaikaran’ which will go with more prints. It is sure, that these two films have big clash during the release to get the maximum collections.

Jayam Ravi’s ‘Peranmai’ too joined in the list of Diwali bonanza. At the same time, Ayngaran Productions didn’t worry about delaying the film’s release furthermore and has confirmed about it for Diwali. Last to join the race is Dhanush starrer ‘Kutty’ which will be released by Sun Pictures.

Aadhavan Story

Aadhavan is a forthcoming Tamil action movie directed by K. S. Ravikumar starring actor Surya and actress Nayantara in lead pair. In an interview actor Surya expressed that it will be for the first time in his career ever he will be playing a negative roles for this film.

The story line is that actress Saroja Devi who plays a rich woman owning a big mansion and has four sons. Actress Nayanthara is playing as oldest son daughter and comedy king Vadivelu plays as her cook. The movie had a twist when actor Surya plays as a servant who takes revenge on the households but fall in love with actress Nayanthara character.

The music director for Aadhavan movie is Harris Jeyaraj and previously he had composed in “Vaaranam Aayiram” and “Ayan” for actor Surya. The audio release is to take place on August 19.
